Fast, reliable hosting is included as standard with every package, so you never need to find, compare or manage hosting separately. Many small businesses end up with hosting bought years ago from whichever provider happened to come up first in a search, with no idea whether it's still fit for purpose or who to contact if something goes wrong. Because hosting is bundled into your monthly plan and managed by us, you avoid that uncertainty entirely — if there's ever an issue with your website being online, it's our responsibility to sort out, not yours.
Website Maintenance
Software updates, security monitoring and backups are handled for you as standard, which matters more than most business owners realise. Basic SEO

Domain & Email Assistance
We can help with choosing and registering a suitable domain name if you don't already have one, or connecting your existing domain to your new website if you do. We're also happy to advise on setting up business email addresses that match your domain — for example, using an address like yourname@yourbusiness.co.uk rather than a personal email account — which tends to look more professional to customers and suppliers alike. If you already have a domain registered elsewhere, we can talk you through the options for pointing it at your new site without losing it.
Website Support
Ongoing assistance whenever you need changes, help or advice — you're never left to deal with the technical side alone once your site is live. Every package includes an allowance for us to make amendments on your behalf, whether that's updating your opening hours, adding a new photo to your gallery, or making a small wording change. If you're not sure how to describe what you need, that's fine too — just tell us in plain English what you're trying to change and we'll take it from there.
